We love each Ritual Home Design piece we sell and we want you to love it too!  This is why we offer a 7-day no questions asked return policy.
If you decide that the Ritual Home Design piece you selected doesn’t meet your expectations, then you can return it for a full refund plus the cost of return shipping within 7 days of delivery.

To start your return process, get in touch with us at hello@ritualhomedesign.com and we’ll set you up with everything you need for the return.

When we ship our products, we carefully pack to avoid shipping damage so if you're returning an item we recommend that you utilize the original packaging.  Upon arrival back to us, your returned item will be inspected. Once we determine it is in as-new condition, we will process your return and issue a refund.  We are only able to accept returned product in as-new condition. Products with any type of damage or modifications cannot be returned. Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.
